Who we are
Lucan Dental & Implantology Centre ("we") is a dental practice at Carlaimar, Main Street (opposite AIB), Lucan Village, Co. Dublin. We decide how the details you send through this page are used. Contact us about your data at info@ldic.ie or on 01 628 1500.
What we collect
- Your name, mobile number and email address.
- Your answers to the suitability questions, such as how many teeth you are missing and whether you are in pain. These answers are about your health.
- How you reached the page (the advert or link you clicked, and the page address), so we know which adverts work.
Why we use it
To contact you about your consultation and answer your questions about treatment. We use your answers about your teeth because you chose to send them to us for that purpose; you can ask us to delete them at any time. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
Who handles it for us
This page runs on Cloudflare, which stores your enquiry so it reaches us even if a connection fails, and our enquiry system passes it to the practice team. They act only on our instructions.
Cookies and measurement
Nothing that measures visits or adverts runs until you choose in the cookie banner. If you accept analytics, we count visits and how the questions are answered (never your typed details). If you accept advertising, Google and Meta can see that an enquiry was sent, so we can measure our adverts. You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie settings" at the foot of the page.
How long we keep it
If you become a patient, your details become part of your dental record and are kept as the law requires. If you do not, we delete your enquiry within 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your details, to correct them, to delete them, or to stop using them, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email info@ldic.ie. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
